I'm running the latest version of majordomo on the October '99 release of
freeBSD 3.3 and I'm having a pretty weird problem.
When using a short subscriber list (a test list), I have no problems at all.
when I go and change over to the main list which has about 1500 subscribers
and I send a message to it, it starts looping. The original message is sent
to all subscribers with the footer appended to the bottom of the message,
and then after it's done with it's first round, it goes and does it again
with a second copy of the footer attached, and then again with yet another
copy of the footer attached. I checked the subscriber list and there are no
addresses that point back to the list. I have the reply-to set to an e-mail
address outside of the system. It just doesn't make any sense.
any help would be appreciated.
