Yes, this is entirely possible. You want to set up an alias on your mail
server with multiple addresses. For example, in your aliases file, you would
have
list-moderator: first-person@his-isp.com,
second-one@next-isp.com,
third-moderator@the-last-isp.com
(above line broken into three to avoid line-wrap).
Run newaliases and you're done.
This assumes you have access to your unix server's mail aliases file, or can
talk the sysad into doing this for you. Once done, all mail to
list-moderator@your-isp.com will be forwarded to the addresses given.
Is it advisable? That depends on how well the moderators work together.
