First, I don't recommend sending listmembers the memberlist. I host
three lists (music-related) and I can assure you some of the lurking
members 'prefer' to remain silent and not outed.
As for your problem, I suggest you ask him to forward one of the
'offending' messages. Look in the headers, and you should be able
to see the address the message is sent to.

That's really weird - one address must match! Again, the headers
will reveal which address that match.
