Usually that means that the remote site that the MX record points to is not
accepting the piece of mail because it doesn't think it should accept mail for
that domain. So the remote system sends it back to the previous MTA which in
turns sends it back to the remote system (because the MX record says so) and
loops about 20 times before giving up.
