The trouble with this is that owner1 and owner2 might both respond
to the same request from majordomo. If they both approve the same
message, it'll go out the list twice.
Another method is to set up a separate email list for the owners and
send all the owner mail there. Then, whenever an owner responds to
something, she should also cc: the owners list so that the other
owners know it has been done already.
Another method is to set up a separate account for the owners. This
is especially useful if the list is moderated. The account can be at
hotmail or some such place. Then, the owners can take turns logging
onto the owners' account and moving the mail along.
And finally, another method is to set a cron task to replace the
alias file periodically and rotate ownership.
