I kind of agree with you, however, you'd quickly get tired of my "canned
permissions response" every time a new installation has a permissions
related problem, which seems to be 2 or 3 times a week. Make a comment
on your list that the user needs to click "Reply To All" instead of just
Reply-To. FWIW, my list is Reply-To List, so the user need only hit
Reply.
