Subject: one email per user per domain

I would like to know if there is a way to get majordomo to send one email to each user in one domain, example

users@domin.org (aliased to user1@domain.com, user2@domain.com, user3@domain.com)
I need each user to get one email sent to them.
The norm seems to be more than one rcpt to: line in one email.
and then let the remote mail server split it up.
This will not work
I need this function for only one domain if that means anything.

any help would be great!
