We are trying to setup our first majordomo 1.94.4 (RPM) server on RedHat
6.2 and are finishing the setup for Digests.

We would like to include a TOC or listing of the email message subjects
included in each digest at the beginning as other list programs can do.  Is
there an option for doing this?  Have we missed something, or an add-on
available that will do this?
