Is there an RPM for sendmail 8.10 already? From the looks of your error
message, you forgot to put a link to wrapper in your smrsh directory.
For redhat 6.x and sendmail 8.9.x, that would be;
ln -s /usr/(lib|local)/majordomo/wrapper /etc/smrsh
