I see there are 2 double quotes surrounding the RHS of the majordomo alias.
Do you have a link to /usr/local/majordomo-1.94.5/wrapper in /etc/smrsh?

If you would prefer not to deal with it, or just let me have a look for
myself, call me at 605-232-3170 to arrange login/passwd for hostname.
