You might start by checking your maillog file.  You did not provide info
about your OS, your MTA, or even the version of majordomo to help us help
you.  What do your aliases in regards to the list look like?  Have you
set the list as moderated in the list.config file with your name/email
as the moderator?  Maybe the headers of the message that only comes to
you will have clues about why nobody else got the message.
