Hi Brian,

Apparently, your list can be written to from anyone, whether they are
subscribed to the list or not. (restrict_post = )

What is the point of having a moderated list if an automated program
approves every message it sends? That is the responsibility of the
moderator. BTW, the header should be Approved: not Approve, unless I
am misunderstanding that the cgi is doing the subscribes for you. Then
it is correct to use the approve command, not Approved: header.

If you just want to prevent unauthorized posts from getting to the
subscribers, rather than having a human examine every post to the list,
you should make use of the restrict_post setting.

Are the subscribes working?

If messages are vanishing, check the permissions and ownershihps on
your Log file, look at the Log itself for any indication of errors,
and try tail -f on your maillog file while you are sending a test
message to the list to see if sendmail is the culprit.
