Adding to the "Subject:" field

Title: Adding to the "Subject:" field

I want to add to the "Subject:" field of all outgoing messages.
Example:
Somebody sends to the list, and in the Subject field they have put, "Great news"
Then when everybody receives it, I want the Subject filed to look like this:
Great news [ForeverKate EmailClub]
I want it to add [ForeverKate EmailClub] at the end of the subject field.
Is this possible to do?
