Apologies in advance. Caps are for accent. I am not shouting.

You are still missing the point Allen. We are not talking about the
"who" command. We are discussing the "LISTS" command. The "who"
command does work properly. What we are saying, is that if a list
is hidden (either with a .hidden file or the noadvertise setting),
a "LISTS" command will reveal the name of an unadvertised list IF
a subscriber of the list is the one that sent the "LISTS" command
to the majordomo address.

Keep in mind, this has nothing to do with sending a "who" command.
If "who" is closed, nobody can use that command with an "approve"
command followed by the list password. The only reason the "who"
command was even mentioned in regards to unadvertised/hidden lists
is that it did not affect the output of the "LISTS" command,
regardless of which who setting was used (open/list/closed).
