Look closely... World writable directory
Sendmail 8.[89].x will not allow .forward or :include:
files in directories that are group or world "writable".
chmod 755 /usr/local/majordomo/lists
chmod 751 /usr/local/majordomo
chmod 755 /usr/local
chmod 755 /usr
chmod 755 /
