I don't know all the specifics but let me give you an example of what works
for me. My domain is mrball.net. The actual machine that does mail is named
arm.mrball.net. I have masquerade as set to "mrball.net" and I have the name
"arm.mrball.net" set as one of the domains to do the masquerade for. I think
this is the step where local mail gets the domain name appended. If I'm
wrong, then I will need to do a little reading up on sendmail.cf/cw
