Majordomo, resend, digest, archive2.pl, etc. ALL smash the case of your
list to lower case before processing.  Therefore, since unix filenames are
case sensitive, you must use lower case filenames.  You can use upper case
in the aliases, and in the various fields of the .config files, but the
bottom line is, the files themselves must be lower case.  MJ2 can
optionally preserve these case settings.  MJ1 cannot.
