 I have an old script that we use. But I am not sure anyone else
 would want it. We follow the model that the mail machine
 and the mail list machine are two different machines.
 And so when we create a list, we have to create it in two
 places.

 And so the script does that.

 This way we have a dedicated list machine which processes
 mail without impacting our regular mail delivery when people
 do whacky things with a mail list.
