Version 1.94.4 and 1.94.5 both allow setting of any/all of the digest
trigger settings.  I can't remember 1.94-.  I do not think I was doing
any digestified lists back then.

As for the non-sequential, left-over digest work files, I have not had
this happen to me personally, but I have seen a post here in the list
where someone had offered a line to be changed (in digest I think) that
added a "sort" argument which solves sequence problems.
