Well, you got rid of the "group writable directory" error message.
Without your all_weather section of your aliases file, it is hard
to tell. You may want to chmod 644 all_weather-list, or check to
be sure the file has at least one subscriber in it. Since you are
now getting "permission denied", it looks like sendmail can't read
the file. Section 2.12 of the FAQ spells this out exactly.
