I've tried Lynx, Netscape and IE.  All three did the same thing.  Then
attempted to straight FTP to the site from my Linux box/Firewall box, an
internal Linux box, and then from CuteFTP, and all gave the exact same
error.  Another user e-mailed me the file, so, I have it, but, just letting
you know there are problems with the site/url.
