I have discovered a workable solution to out problem. When approving a
message to a moderated list via Outlook, I remove ALL the headers until I
get to the original message's Date: or From: header - whatever comes right
after the Received: headers. Then I add my Approved: line (no blank line)
and let'er rip:

Date: Thu, 18 May 2000 09:37:32 -0500 (CDT)
From: Virtual Joe <jduche@creighton.edu>
To: test@creighton.edu
====[etc etc]====
It seems to work. I don't consider this a fix, just a work-around, so if
anyone has a better solution please feel free to share it.
Thanks to all who have helped me so far. What did we ever do without
email- oh yeah, we didn't have majordomo problems back then....
