Majordomo version for NT System or similar software?

Hello:

I've got someone here that wants to use NT 2000 server as a mailing
list server....I work mainly in UNIX so I'm familiar with
majordomo....is there a version or way to get it running under NT or a
similar product that would perform the same function (hopefully low
cost)??
