The biggest question would be, what MTA is NT2000 using, and is the
perl port for NT compatible with the unix version enough to allow
majordomo to run.  I would say it is possible, (with potentially a
lot of blood, sweat, and tears) but an old 486 with 16M ram is all 
you need to be able to run a free unix OS and majordomo to stay 
within your budget.
