Yes it is possible, but only if all list owners in the site leave their
which_access set to open.  Granted that Majordomo by default sets it to
open, but Majordomo owner and list owners can change which_access to
either list or closed. 

I set which_access to list when I create a list, but that's me; some may
be more restrictive and set it to closed; others may be more liberal and
leave it open.  There isn't any hard rule, other than the need for "adult"
supervision, meaning Majordomo owner and/or list owners should know what
they deal with, and make a choice deliberately.

      forum for questions and discussions about Majordomo.
