You didn't include an example from your alias file, so I'll start there.
The outgoing portion should have the "include" and the archive something
like this:
mylist-outgoing : :include:/path/to/majordomo/lists/mylist,
"|/path/to/majordomo/wrapper archive2.pl -a -m -f \
/path/to/majordomo/archive/mylist.archive/mylist"
