When approving a message, headers created by majordomo to deliver the
BOUNCE to your mailbox should also be removed.  If you dig through
messages posted by me this year in the archives for this list, (I know,
there are tons of 'em) I have posted specific examples of how to approve
posts via email and what headers should be kept/deleted.
