The why is probably related to your firewalls-outgoing alias, and from the
looks of your error message, firewalls-digest either does not exist, or
does not have any subscribers. If you are not using a digest, make sure
the -outgoing alias does not deliver to one, and if you do intend to use
digest, make sure it exists and has at least one subscriber.
