Because of the variation in bounce messages, and the fact that some of
them are barely readable at the best of times, I usually just do it all by
hand.  Several times a week i scan through the admin account and remove
all bouncing email addresses by hand from the list files.  This includes
over-quota as well as dead address bounces.

I only maintain one high-traffic list and one almost-no-traffic list so
it's pretty easy to do.
