It is possible to modify text everywhere, but the requirement would
be to have someone good at both english and french, and a perl code
to find the messages being sent or displayed. This could include
log files, email, error messages, and so one.
Files to examine primarily would be majordomo, majordomo.pl,
config_parse.pl, and resend. Next would be digest, archive2.pl,
and request-answer, followed by the scripts in the bin directory.
Any place there is a print statement, or a variable defined is a
candidate for translation. (not to mention all the comments in
these files)
