In your majordomo.cf, $whereami defines your domain. Does it say hobbs.cyclesoftware.com or just cyclesoftware.com? Majordomo was originally designed for use with sendmail, which is where aliases and arguments to resend come into play. If SIMS uses the aliases file the way sendmail does, you can put -h cyclesoftware.com in the alias. You can also define your domain in each listname.config file by setting a value in resend_host. Yours would look like resend_host = cyclesoftware.com. Just remember that the host that receives the cyclesoftware.com email is aware of the "true" location of your lists, and can forward majordomo and listname email to the hobbs box.

The problem is that we would like our lists to be from cyclesoftware.com and not from hobbs.cyclesoftware.com. We have cyclesoftware.com CNAMEd to mail.cyclesoftware.com in BIND. We are also using sendmail. hobbs is Mac OS X and mail is running SIMS on Macintosh. Right now everything works except that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
