A non-subscriber (using the current setup of her email program) is trying
to unsub*scribe by sending a message to the list posting address instead of
the Majordomo or list request address.
She has little chance of success (unless you figure out what address she is
subscribed with and remove it). At a guess, that address would be
brownsara@isu.edu
Alternative explanation:
Someone else botched his attempt to forge Sarah's unsub*scribe request.
