Bill,
What you described should work, unless there is perhaps some imbedded
character that doesn't print. I would suspect that perhaps your newconfig
action didn't take, or isn't acting on the right mailing list. Have you
sent a config request to majordomo and verified that your newconfig was
accepted? Have you made changes that are obviously taking, perhaps like
subject_prefix =[BDK] and see if that takes effect?
