majordomo not responding!

Our Majordomo 1.94.4 on SCO OSR 5.0.5  is not responding to any of the
following commands:  intro, info, who, which, index, help, etc.  I
already made sure the permission on these commands are fine.

- Sending mail to the list(s) is fine.
- subscribing & unsubscribe also failed

Taking a closer look, the log file is dated few weeks back.  So our
majordomo has been down for some time.  What could be wrong?
