Depending on how old (or what version) your sendmail is, 664 is too
lenient and needs to be restricted to 644. Sendmail will not deliver
to a list in a group writable directory. This should show up in your
/var/log/maillog file. Majordomo is the only "user" that will ever
need to write to any file in any of the majordomo directories.
