Depending on the number of subscribers to the list, this could be normal.
Check out the FAQ for improving performance (both majordomo and sendmail)
and see if you have bulk_mailer installed. With bulk_mailer, you should
be able to deliver as many as 10,000 messages in an hour. This also has
dependencies on your bandwidth, CPU, I/O, DNS, etc.
