In the /usr/local/majordomo directory, do an `ls -al` and tell 
us what the ownership and permissions of the lists directory are.

Is it owned by majordomo?  It should be.
Is it 755?  Majordomo needs to be able to write to files in the
lists directory, but nothing else should.
