Can Majordomo do this?

Good morning

The way we want to send the newsletter is in this manner:

TO:        person@theircompany.com
FROM:      news@startups.com
REPLY-TO:  news@startups.com


Is it possible to have the TO: field identify the person, rather than the
alias name?
I already know how to set the "REPLY-TO:" field.  Just the "TO:" field is in
question.

Does this involve the alias file?  Majordomo?  or how is this done?
