Look in your sendmail.cf file for
O AliasesFile=/etc/aliases,/opt/majordomo-1.94.5/majordomo.aliases
or a variance using two lines like,
O AliasesFile=/etc/aliases
O AliasesFile=/opt/majordomo-1.94.5/majordomo.aliases

The second file, majordomo.aliases, is created by you using any tool
you like. Considering you are just starting to get your feet wet in
majordomo, I would suggest using a "single" aliases file rather than
separate ones until you are more familiar with sendmail.

Make any necessary changes to sendmail.cf, make sure your original
aliases file exists and has your majordomo aliases added, run the
newaliases command and restart sendmail. Everything should be fine.
