Didn't you send this identical message on 9/6/00? A mailing list is not
the proper forum for distributing files, but you could put the file on
an ftp site, then send email to the list announcing where it is and how
to retrieve it "if they want it".
Majordomo does not understand MIME by default. Unless your attachment
is plain text, I doubt you will be able to do this.
