People who should receive copies of list mail, should be subscribed
to the list.
People who are allowed to post, should have their mail addresses
list in the file, referenced by "restrict_post" (see <list>.config).
To be able to manipulate this restrict_post file, you need access
to the server.
If you do not have access to the server running Majordomo, your
only other options are i) moderate the list, ii) run a different MLM.
