Majordomo Custom set up

I am trying to set up a mailing list for a company that they can add people
to (it's part of a registration process with them so is with their
permission) but only the company can send a message to the list.

I am sure I could work it out, but it's quite urgent so I need some fast
help.

Running Sendmail and Majordomo on RH 6.1

Also, how do I change the message so that it has someone elses email in the
reply-to for each list? The mail server is on our subdomain and I want them
to think it came from somewhere else.
