Can't approve moderated list

Hi all, I'm using Majordomo 1.95 on a RedHat linux 6.2 machine using qmail
as my MTA.  The problem is, I can't seem to actually approve a message
when I set my list to moderator status.  

I've read the FAQ and it explains to reply to the original message, then
write:


on the first line of the message body.  I do that and it just bounces it
for approval again.  I'm trying this using Netscape Communicator email and
Lotus Notes.  Any suggestions?
