CONTINUE : error : shlock: '/usr/majordomo' is not writable by UID 99 GID 99

I'll try to explain myself better : I have no problems in the usage of
mailing list with Majordomo (last version + Caldera Webmin module
management) in my Mandrake distributions, with sendmail.
The trouble starting when I use MajorCool ; in fact I always receive this
error message :

: ABORT
shlock: '/usr/majordomo' is not writable by UID 99 GID 99
Recipient names must be specified

I think is a "user autentication" problem : in Apache? in Majorcool?
MajorCool always recognize every user as UID 99 GID 99 . Is this correct?
