Please do not CC: me on messages to majordomo-users.  I am subscribed 
with two addresses already, and end up getting multiple copies in an
already 93% of quota mailbox.

Hmmm, sounds like an open list.  Leave restrict_post = (blank) and moderated = no.

This is default behavior.  Who else could mail go to?

Set subscribe_policy = closed and moderator = real.address@your.domain
