This is not a majordomo issue, but a Netscape Messaging one. The
Messaging server, when delivering to programs, is ending all lines
with CRLF characters. Unix only uses LF, so the CR (^M) is left
visible in the line. Where this causes grief to majordomo, is the
text message format requires a "blank" line between headers and body
of messages, which never happens because of the ^M on that line.
Until we can convince Netscape that this is a bug in their MTA, all
we can do is look for it and strip it out in majordomo.
