Normally I do not reply to private messages that I could answer in majordomo-users@greatcircle.com.
You may say "HEY DAN!" in a message to the list, and I will notice it. <G>

Anyway, your answer is simple.  In the stupid_newbies.config file;
subject_prefix = [$LIST]

Note, $LIST is case sensitive.
