You left out the lines before that tell us if the error message was
generated locally by your sendmail or if it was from the machine which
serves the tfcemail.net domain (assuming that it's not local since you
compare it to hotmail). I have a hunch that you have your local system
configured to treat tfcemail.net as a local domain in some small
capacity and since user cf doesn't exist locally, you get the error
message. But that's just a guess since there's not enough information
quoted.
