@localhost would seem to imply that the error message is being generated
on the same machine.
What headers (from the bounce message) come before what you quoted, and
what headers (from the original message) come after the end of what you
quoted? I'm still looking for something that says it did or did not
actually try and send it out instead of handling it locally.
