Hi Sharon,
The 550 error means that host/server that is authoritive for tfcemail.net can not find an alias or password entry for the user cf.
I assume your mailing list is franklinlibrary. What domain does the list live in? Is the list hosted or local? For that matter, is tfcemail.net hosted or local?
